For Cooking

How to Make Cabbage Fritters
  1. Prepare Ingredients: Start by shredding the cabbage, grating the carrots, slicing the scallions, and mincing the garlic.
  2. Combine: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrots, scallions, minced garlic, eggs, flour, and seasonings. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape & Cook: Heat a skillet over medium-low heat and add your choice of fat. Scoop small portions of the mixture and fry for about 3 minutes on each side.
  4. Alternatively Bake: Preheat your oven to 420°F (215°C). Form the cabbage mixture into patties, place on a greased baking sheet, and bake for 20-23 minutes.
