  • 2 cups Canola Oil For frying.
For the Gravy
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 2 cups Whole Milk
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

  1. Pound Chicken: Place your chicken breasts in a ziplock bag and pound them to a ¼ inch thickness for even cooking.
  2. Prepare Seasoning: In a bowl, combine kosher salt, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Set Dredging Station: Arrange three shallow dishes with plain flour, the seasoned egg/milk mixture, and seasoned flour.
  4. Dredge Chicken: Coat your chicken in the plain flour, dip it in the egg wash, and roll it in the seasoned flour.
