How to Make Crispy Chicken Wonton Tacos
  1. Combine sliced chicken with teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, low-sodium soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked through.
  3. In a large bowl, toss together the coleslaw mix, sliced green onions, rice vinegar, honey, and the remaining sesame oil until well-coated.
  4. Heat oil in a saucepan. Fry wonton wrappers in batches for 20-30 seconds per side until crispy and golden. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Fill each crispy wonton with marinated chicken and coleslaw mix. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped cilantro before serving.
