How to Make Crispy Chicken Wonton Tacos
- Combine sliced chicken with teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, low-sodium soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked through.
- In a large bowl, toss together the coleslaw mix, sliced green onions, rice vinegar, honey, and the remaining sesame oil until well-coated.
- Heat oil in a saucepan. Fry wonton wrappers in batches for 20-30 seconds per side until crispy and golden. Drain on paper towels.
- Fill each crispy wonton with marinated chicken and coleslaw mix. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped cilantro before serving.
