How to Make Crispy Cottage Mozzarella Bites
- Drain the cottage cheese thoroughly using a fine mesh strainer.
- Mix the cheese mixture in a bowl by combining the drained cottage cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, one beaten egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Prepare a dredging station with flour mixed with seasoning, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs mixed with Italian seasoning.
- Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Coat each ball in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Cook them in air fryer at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes, bake at 425°F for 12 to 15 minutes, or pan-fry until golden brown.
