  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce omit or use coconut aminos

Wrapping & Frying Ingredients
  • 20 pieces Wonton Wrappers or gluten-free wrappers
  • 2 cups Oil for Frying vegetable or canola oil

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crab meat, chopped green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Lay out your wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Place 1 tablespoon of the crab mixture in the center of each wrapper. Gather the edges together and pinch to seal tightly, ensuring there are no air pockets.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pot or frying pan to 350°F (175°C). Carefully add the bombs in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  4. Use a slotted spoon to remove the bombs from the oil and transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve these delightful treats warm with your choice of dipping sauce.
