  • 2 tablespoons Green Chutney Adjust to heat preference.
  • 2 tablespoons Tamarind Chutney For authentic flavor.

  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin For earthy flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala Essential spice mix.

How to Make Dahi Puri
  1. Prepare the Puri: Make a small hole in one side of each puri by gently tapping its center. Arrange the puris on a platter, ready to be filled with delightful ingredients.
  2. Fill with Goodness: Start filling each puri with 2-3 cubes of boiled potatoes, a spoonful of kala chana, followed by the finely diced onions and tomatoes.
  3. Add Crunch: Sprinkle a small amount of sev into each puri, adding that irresistible crunchy texture.
