How to Make Dahi Puri
- Prepare the Puri: Make a small hole in one side of each puri by gently tapping its center. Arrange the puris on a platter, ready to be filled with delightful ingredients.
- Fill with Goodness: Start filling each puri with 2-3 cubes of boiled potatoes, a spoonful of kala chana, followed by the finely diced onions and tomatoes.
- Add Crunch: Sprinkle a small amount of sev into each puri, adding that irresistible crunchy texture.
- Drizzle the Creaminess: Carefully drizzle sweet yogurt inside each puri, then follow it up with a swirl of green chutney and tamarind chutney.
- Season to Perfection: Lightly sprinkle red chili powder, ground cumin, and chaat masala on top of the assembled puris.
- Finish with a Touch: Garnish the puris with chopped cilantro, pomegranate seeds, and any remaining sev.
