How to Make Crispy Dill Pickle Quesadilla
- Pat the dill pickle slices dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium heat until hot.
- Spread half of the shredded cheese on one half of the tortilla; add pickle slices, then sprinkle remaining cheese on top before folding.
- Place folded quesadilla on the hot pan. Cook for 4-5 minutes, flip, and cook the other side for another 4-5 minutes until crispy.
- Allow it to sit for 1-2 minutes, then cut into quarters for serving.
