  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
For the Breading
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 large Eggs

  • 2 tablespoons Honey

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Tenderize chicken breasts to about half an inch thick.
  3. Set up three bowls: one with seasoned flour, another with beaten eggs, and the third with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Dredge each chicken piece in flour, dip in egg, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Arrange on a baking dish, spray lightly with cooking spray, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Mix honey and soy sauce in a small bowl until combined.
  7. Drizzle the sauce over cooked chicken and serve.
