Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Cut the phyllo dough into squares; layer a few sheets and generously brush with olive oil.
- Place a spoonful of feta in the center of each square, then fold and roll to enclose the cheese securely.
- Arrange the rolls on the prepared baking tray and brush the tops with more olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
- Drizzle with chili honey just before serving.
