Method
 

Preparation

  4. Combine the panko and grated parmesan cheese on a plate.
  5. Dip the zucchini strips into the egg mixture, then roll in the panko mixture.
  6. Arrange the coated zucchini on a lined baking sheet with space between each fry.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Serve immediately with ranch dressing.
