How to Make Crispy Shrimp & Crab Poppers
  1. Press the wonton wrappers into a greased mini muffin tin, shaping them to form little cups. Spray lightly with olive oil or brush with melted butter. Bake at 375°F for 7-8 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Mix the shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, cream cheese, green onions, and garlic powder in a bowl. Season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Spoon the creamy seafood mixture into each crispy wonton cup, filling them generously. Sprinkle more mozzarella on top of each filled cup.
  4. Bake the filled poppers in the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes until bubbling and browned.
