How to Make Crispy Shrimp & Crab Poppers
- Press the wonton wrappers into a greased mini muffin tin, shaping them to form little cups. Spray lightly with olive oil or brush with melted butter. Bake at 375°F for 7-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix the shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, cream cheese, green onions, and garlic powder in a bowl. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Spoon the creamy seafood mixture into each crispy wonton cup, filling them generously. Sprinkle more mozzarella on top of each filled cup.
- Bake the filled poppers in the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes until bubbling and browned.
