Method
 

Directions
  1. In a small bowl, combine ground sage, salt, freshly cracked pepper, and minced garlic.
  2. Take the pork tenderloin and generously rub the seasoning mixture all over.
  3. Pour ½ cup of water into the bottom of your slow cooker.
  4. Place the seasoned tenderloin in the slow cooker and cover with the lid. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  5. In a saucepan, mix brown sugar, cornstarch, balsamic vinegar, additional water, and soy sauce. Heat over medium heat for around 4 minutes.
  6. One hour before the cooking time is complete, brush the pork tenderloin with the prepared glaze.
  7. Preheat your broiler and, after glazing, place the tenderloin in the oven for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Slice the tenderloin and serve it with the remaining glaze on the side for dipping or drizzling.
