- Lay 2 lbs of skinless, boneless chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker in a single layer.
- Evenly sprinkle the ranch dressing and dry au jus gravy mixes over the chicken.
- Cut the unsalted butter into small squares and scatter them over the seasoned chicken.
- Place sliced pepperoncini on top and drizzle with a bit of the pepper juice.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
- Use two forks to shred the chicken right in the slow cooker, mixing it with the rich juices before serving.
