How to Make Brownie Bottom Mini Cheesecakes
- Preheat Oven: Heat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners, spraying them lightly with nonstick spray.
- Prepare Brownie Base: Spoon one tablespoon of brownie batter into each liner and bake for 8-10 minutes until just set. Let cool slightly.
- Mix Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese until smooth, then blend in sugar, egg, vanilla, and 2 tablespoons of heavy cream until silky.
- Assemble Cheesecakes: Pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie bases and gently tap the pan to release air bubbles.
