  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Can use salted butter but reduce added salt.
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar Coconut sugar can be a substitute.
  • 1 cup Pecan Halves Can substitute with walnuts or almonds.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt Enhances flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Optional but recommended.

How to Make Pecan Pie Bark
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a rimmed sheet pan lined with aluminum foil. Lightly grease the foil to prevent sticking.
  2. Arrange graham crackers in a single layer on the prepared sheet.
  3. Combine unsalted butter, brown sugar, chopped pecans, and salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until it reaches a boil, then cook for 2 minutes until bubbly.
  4. Mix in vanilla extract after removing the saucepan from heat. Pour the caramel evenly over the graham crackers, using a spatula to spread it.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes until the caramel bubbles and turns golden brown.
  6. Cool the bark completely in the pan. Once cool, break it into pieces and enjoy!
