How to Make Pecan Pie Bark
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a rimmed sheet pan lined with aluminum foil. Lightly grease the foil to prevent sticking.
- Arrange graham crackers in a single layer on the prepared sheet.
- Combine unsalted butter, brown sugar, chopped pecans, and salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until it reaches a boil, then cook for 2 minutes until bubbly.
- Mix in vanilla extract after removing the saucepan from heat. Pour the caramel evenly over the graham crackers, using a spatula to spread it.
- Bake for 10 minutes until the caramel bubbles and turns golden brown.
- Cool the bark completely in the pan. Once cool, break it into pieces and enjoy!
