How to Make
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Carefully cut the bratwurst down the middle without slicing all the way through, then gently stuff it with halved mozzarella and jalapeños.
  3. Wrap each brat with two overlapping slices of bacon, ensuring all sides are covered.
  4. Place the bacon-wrapped brats in the air fryer and cook for 7 minutes until crispy.
  5. While cooking, whisk together the dipping sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  6. Once the brats are cooked, let them cool for a minute, then roll out the pizza dough and cut into strips.
  7. Brush the wrapped brats with an egg wash and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  8. Lower the air fryer temperature to 385°F (196°C) and air fry for another 7 minutes or until golden brown.
