  • 3 medium Ripe medium bananas Use very ripe bananas for maximum sweetness.
Optional Serving
  • 1 scoop Vanilla ice cream Substitute with dairy-free ice cream for vegan options.

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, blend together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Then, stir in the milk and mashed ripe bananas until fully combined and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the self-rising flour, old-fashioned oats, and chopped pecans.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish, smoothing the top if necessary. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
