How to Make Bang Bang Ground Turkey Rice Bowls
  1. Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions until fluffy, usually between 15-20 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  3. Warm olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, salt, and pepper; let it cook for an additional minute.
  6. Add chopped red bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli; cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  7. Gently fold in half of the Bang Bang sauce with the turkey and veggies.
  8. To serve, scoop the rice into bowls, top with the turkey and vegetable mixture, drizzle with the remaining sauce, and garnish.
