How to Make Bang Bang Ground Turkey Rice Bowls
- Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions until fluffy, usually between 15-20 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create the Bang Bang sauce.
- Warm olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Stir in soy sauce, salt, and pepper; let it cook for an additional minute.
- Add chopped red bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli; cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- Gently fold in half of the Bang Bang sauce with the turkey and veggies.
- To serve, scoop the rice into bowls, top with the turkey and vegetable mixture, drizzle with the remaining sauce, and garnish.
