Preparing the Filling
- Finely chop the water chestnuts and set them aside for that extra crunch in each bite.
- In a large bowl, combine the thawed spinach, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix. Mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in the water chestnuts and crispy bacon pieces.
Assembling the Pinwheels
- Take a tortilla and spread a quarter of the spinach filling mixture evenly over the surface.
- Starting from one end, tightly roll each tortilla to form a log.
- Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Once chilled, unwrap the rolls and trim the ends if desired. Slice each roll into 6 pieces.
Serving
- Present the pinwheels beautifully on a platter.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
