Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 package Frozen Chopped Spinach Fully thawed and drained.
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened.
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt.
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream Can substitute with plain yogurt.
  • 1 packet Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
Crunch
  • 1 cup Bacon Pieces Can use turkey bacon or omit for vegetarian option.
  • 1 cup Water Chestnuts Finely chopped for distribution.
Wrap
  • 6 large Spinach Flour Tortillas Can use whole wheat or regular tortillas.
Optional Add-ins
  • 1/2 cup Diced Bell Peppers Adds color and crunch.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Mix in cheddar for added richness.
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes For a spicy kick.

Method
 

Preparing the Filling
  1. Finely chop the water chestnuts and set them aside for that extra crunch in each bite.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the thawed spinach, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix. Mix until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the water chestnuts and crispy bacon pieces.
Assembling the Pinwheels
  1. Take a tortilla and spread a quarter of the spinach filling mixture evenly over the surface.
  2. Starting from one end, tightly roll each tortilla to form a log.
  3. Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  4. Once chilled, unwrap the rolls and trim the ends if desired. Slice each roll into 6 pieces.
Serving
  1. Present the pinwheels beautifully on a platter.
  2. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
