- Place the chicken breasts, heavy whipping cream, chicken broth, butter, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning into your crock pot. Mix gently to combine all the flavors.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove the chicken from the crock pot, shred it using two forks, and set aside.
- Whisk the sauce in the crock pot to combine and ensure it's smooth.
- Stir in the uncooked penne pasta, then return the shredded chicken back to the pot.
- Cover and cook on high for an additional 20-30 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, cover for 5 minutes to melt cheese, then serve warm.
