- Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan) or 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, mix the almonds, cashews, pecans, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt until well coated.
- Press the nut mixture firmly into your chosen molds to ensure the squares hold their shape after baking.
- Bake the nut squares in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crunchy.
- Allow the squares to cool down completely in the molds.
- Drizzle the melted dark chocolate on top of each square or dip each square directly into the chocolate.
- Refrigerate the squares until the chocolate is set.
