  • 40 g pumpkin seeds packed with nutrients, these seeds offer a delightful crunch.
  • 0.5 tbsp chia seeds they add fiber and help to bind the squares.
For the Sweetness
  • 1.5 tbsp maple syrup this natural sweetener enhances flavor and keeps the squares moist.
  • 1 pinch salt balances the sweetness and emphasizes the rich flavors.
For the Chocolate Drizzle
  • 50 g dark chocolate melted the decadent topping ties everything together.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan) or 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix the almonds, cashews, pecans, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt until well coated.
  3. Press the nut mixture firmly into your chosen molds to ensure the squares hold their shape after baking.
  4. Bake the nut squares in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crunchy.
  5. Allow the squares to cool down completely in the molds.
  6. Drizzle the melted dark chocolate on top of each square or dip each square directly into the chocolate.
  7. Refrigerate the squares until the chocolate is set.
