How to Make Easy Pizza Dough Balls
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Divide the pizza dough into golf ball-sized pieces, about 16-20.
- Flatten each piece slightly to create a disc, place a mozzarella cube in the center, then fold the dough over the cheese and pinch the edges to seal it.
- Melt butter in a bowl, mix in the garlic and Italian seasoning, and generously brush this mixture over each dough ball.
- Arrange the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes, until golden and puffed.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley (if using) right after they come out of the oven. Serve warm with marinara or pizza sauce.

Notes
Consider making a double batch if you're hosting, as leftovers are perfect for reheating.
