Method

How to Make Easy Pizza Dough Balls
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Divide the pizza dough into golf ball-sized pieces, about 16-20.
  3. Flatten each piece slightly to create a disc, place a mozzarella cube in the center, then fold the dough over the cheese and pinch the edges to seal it.
  4. Melt butter in a bowl, mix in the garlic and Italian seasoning, and generously brush this mixture over each dough ball.
  5. Arrange the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes, until golden and puffed.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley (if using) right after they come out of the oven. Serve warm with marinara or pizza sauce.
