  • 8 slices Roast Beef Deli-style or leftover
  • 1 cup Mozzarella/Provolone Cheese Shredded
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
For the Au Jus
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Assemble Tortillas: Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface. Fill each with a slice of roast beef and a generous handful of shredded cheese.
  3. Roll Up Tortillas: Fold the sides of the tortilla in slightly and then roll from the bottom to the top tightly, placing seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Brush and Season: Brush the tops of the roll ups with melted butter. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
  5. Bake: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Make Au Jus: In a saucepan, simmer together beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Serve: Slice the roll-ups into bite-sized pieces and serve warm with the au jus on the side.
