Cooking Instructions

  2. Add the chicken tenders into the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for enhanced flavor.
  3. Heat your grill pan over medium heat or preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) so everything is ready to go when your chicken is marinated.
  4. For Grilling: Cook the tenders for 5-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  5. For Baking: Arrange the marinated tenders on a parchment-lined tray and bake for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. Remove the cooked chicken from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley or dill just before serving.
