Preparation Steps
  1. Chop the tomatoes finely and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Combine with onions, garlic, lemon zest, and herbs, then add the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
