Cooking Steps
  1. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat for about 6-8 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  2. Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Spread them out on a baking sheet and roast at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, until tender and slightly crispy.
  3. Prepare your chosen grains according to the package directions. Keep them warm.
  4. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, season and simmer until the sauce thickens.
  5. Layer warm grains in serving bowls, add grilled chicken and roasted broccoli on top. Drizzle with creamy garlic sauce and garnish with fresh herbs.
