How to Make High-Protein Keto Calzone
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) to ensure a perfectly cooked calzone.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken with Italian seasonings. Add any optional veggies and stir until well-mixed.
- On a sheet of parchment paper, shape the chicken mixture into a circle, about 1/2 inch thick. Top one half with mozzarella and pepperoni, then fold the other half over and press the edges to seal.
- Brush the top of the calzone with the beaten egg for a golden crust.
