Sauce

  • 3/4 cup marinara sauce ties everything together
Ricotta Layer
  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese provides creaminess
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese melts to a golden brown

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F and prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese. Heat in 30-second bursts until mostly melted, stirring to combine.
  3. Add the eggs to the melted cheese mixture and whisk thoroughly until smooth.
  4. Pour the cheese mixture onto your lined baking sheet and bake for approximately 15 minutes.
  5. In a non-stick pan, heat a little oil over medium heat, add chopped onions and minced garlic, and sauté for about 5 minutes.
  6. Add ground beef to the pan, stirring for about 3 minutes. Incorporate marinara sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. In an 8x8-inch pan lined with foil, slice the baked cheese sheet into 6 even pieces and layer two pieces at the bottom, followed by ricotta, a third of the meat sauce, and shredded mozzarella.
  8. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  9. Let your Keto Lasagna cool for 5 minutes before serving.
