  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Substitute with any cheese of your choice.
For Sweetness
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup Use pure maple syrup for the best taste; sugar-free syrup can be used as an alternative.

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, eggs, and milk until smooth.
  3. Grease your muffin tin generously to prevent sticking. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of batter into each cup.
  4. Place one piece of cooked sausage and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese atop the batter in each cup.
  5. Cover the fillings with more batter, ensuring the sausage and cheese are enclosed.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown; check doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from tin. Drizzle with maple syrup if desired.
