  • 3 cups vanilla wafer crumbs or graham cracker crumbs for a different flavor
  • 1 cup powdered sugar adds sweetness and binds the mixture
  • 1/3 cup corn syrup honey can be a substitute
  • 1/3 cup Baileys Irish Cream can be substituted with another flavored liqueur
For the Coating
  • 12 oz candy melts or melted chocolate chips with shortening

How to Make No Bake Baileys Irish Cream Cookie Balls
  1. In a large bowl, mix together 3 cups of vanilla wafer crumbs and 1 cup of powdered sugar.
  2. Pour in 1/3 cup of corn syrup and 1/3 cup of Baileys Irish Cream. Stir until well combined.
  3. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your fingertips.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt your 12 oz of candy melts in small bursts, stirring in between.
  5. Carefully dip each ball into the melted chocolate and set on parchment paper to dry.
