How to Make No Bake Baileys Irish Cream Cookie Balls
- In a large bowl, mix together 3 cups of vanilla wafer crumbs and 1 cup of powdered sugar.
- Pour in 1/3 cup of corn syrup and 1/3 cup of Baileys Irish Cream. Stir until well combined.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your fingertips.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt your 12 oz of candy melts in small bursts, stirring in between.
- Carefully dip each ball into the melted chocolate and set on parchment paper to dry.
