How to Make Oreo Banana Bread

  2. Mash ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Mix melted butter into the mashed bananas until well combined.
  4. Stir in granulated sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  5. Add baking soda and salt, ensuring everything is well blended.
  6. Combine all-purpose flour into the mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  7. Fold in 10 crushed Oreo cookies gently.
