How to Make Pecan Pie Crescents
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine in a mixing bowl the chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon; stir until thick and sticky.
- Unroll the crescent dough into triangles on a lightly floured surface.
- Spoon approximately one tablespoon of the pecan mixture onto the wide end of each triangle, then roll from wide to tip, tucking in the sides.
- Arrange the rolled crescents on the baking sheet with space between each.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack; drizzle with optional glaze if desired.
