How to Make Pecan Pie Crescents
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine in a mixing bowl the chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon; stir until thick and sticky.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough into triangles on a lightly floured surface.
  4. Spoon approximately one tablespoon of the pecan mixture onto the wide end of each triangle, then roll from wide to tip, tucking in the sides.
  5. Arrange the rolled crescents on the baking sheet with space between each.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack; drizzle with optional glaze if desired.
