How to Make Smoked Salmon Pinwheels
  1. In a small bowl, blend cream cheese, capers, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, chives, garlic salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
  2. Lay both low-carb tortillas flat on a clean surface. Evenly spread half of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla.
  3. Top each tortilla with half of the baby spinach and half of the smoked salmon, spreading everything out evenly.
  4. Carefully roll each tortilla tightly from the bottom, making sure to keep the filling inside.
  5. Using a sharp knife, slice each rolled tortilla into bite-sized pinwheels.
  6. Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and get ready for compliments!
