Method
 

Steps to Prepare
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl and set aside.
  3. Cream the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Incorporate eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract and Greek yogurt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently.
  6. Fold in the diced strawberries, reserving some for topping.
  7. Divide the batter among the muffin cups, filling them two-thirds full.
  8. Top with reserved strawberries and a sprinkle of turbinado sugar.
  9. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Cool muffins in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
