- In a bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Add the chicken breast and let it marinate for 15-30 minutes for maximum flavor absorption.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil. Cook the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- While the chicken is cooking, wash and chop your lettuce, carrots, bell peppers, and green onions.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Start with a layer of lettuce, followed by sliced chicken and a mix of your prepared vegetables. Roll tightly to ensure all the fillings are enclosed.
- Dig in right away to enjoy the fresh flavors, or cut the wrap in half for easier handling.
