  3. Mix flour, salt, pepper, onion, and cheese in a large bowl.
  4. Fold in the drained zucchini until evenly coated.
  5. Whisk together eggs, oil, and parsley in a separate bowl; combine with the dry mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and smooth the surface with a spatula.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
