- Whisk together: In a jar or bowl, combine non-dairy milk, pistachio butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy, ensuring all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Stir in oats and seeds: Add quick oats and chia seeds to the mixture. You can also include matcha powder for color!
- Cover and refrigerate: Seal the jar tightly and place it in the fridge for at least 4 hours or, ideally, overnight.
- Serve and garnish: In the morning, spoon the mixture into a bowl or leave it in the jar. Top with non-dairy yogurt, fresh raspberries, and a sprinkle of chopped pistachios.
