How to Make Cranberry Orange Bread
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Cream the softened butter and granulated sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Mix the leftover cranberry sauce, fresh orange juice, and orange zest in a small bowl.
  6. Alternate adding the dry mixture and the cranberry-orange mix to the creamed butter, starting and ending with the dry ingredients.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
