Preparation Steps

  4. Allow the mixture to sit for 5 minutes to let chia seeds absorb liquid.
  5. Transfer to storage container or individual jars, cover, and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4-6 hours.
  6. Before serving, stir well, adjust sweetness with honey or syrup if desired, and top with fresh fruit.
