  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard Adjust to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons Dill Pickle Juice Can substitute with sweet pickle juice.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Pepper Use freshly ground for better flavor.
Optional Garnishes
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Green Onions
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika For garnish.

How to Make Deviled Potatoes
  1. Wash and slice baby potatoes lengthwise to create little boats.
  2. Place the potato halves into a pot of salted water and boil for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  3. Drain and rinse the potatoes in cold water, then let them cool.
  4. Carefully scoop out the flesh from each potato half, reserving the insides.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the scooped potato, mayonnaise, mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground pepper. Mix until smooth.
  6. Spoon or use a piping bag to fill the potato skins with the mixture.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions or paprika and refrigerate until ready to serve.
