  • 1 cup Dill Pickles diced, refrigerated for crispness
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese freshly shredded
For Flavor
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Dill fresh preferred
  • 2 tbsp Green Onions chopped
  • 2 tbsp Pickle Juice adjust to taste
For the Coating
  • 4 slices Bacon cooked and chopped

Directions
  1. Soften Cream Cheese: Leave the cream cheese at room temperature for about 30-60 minutes until it’s nice and soft.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, diced dill pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, dill, green onions, and pickle juice. Mix until everything is well blended and creamy.
  3. Prepare Bacon: Cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy, then chop it into fine pieces.
  4. Form Balls: Using your hands, take the mixture and roll it into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  5. Coat in Bacon: Roll each ball in the chopped bacon until they're fully coated.
  6. Storage: Place your finished Dill Pickle Fat Bombs in an airtight container, then store them in the fridge.
