How to Make Dumpling Lasagna
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, napa cabbage, green onions, minced ginger, minced garlic, thinly sliced mushrooms, sesame oil, mirin, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Stir until evenly blended.
- Lightly grease four heatproof mugs or ramekins to prevent sticking. Place a wonton wrapper at the bottom of each mug, pressing gently to fit the shape of the mug.
- Spoon a generous layer of the pork mixture over the wrapper, then add another wonton on top. Repeat this layering process until the mugs are filled nearly to the top.
- Pour approximately ⅓ cup of water into each mug to create steam, ensuring your dumpling lasagna stays moist while cooking. Finish with a final layer of wonton wrappers on top.
- Arrange the filled mugs in a steamer basket. Steam over medium heat for about 20 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and no longer pink.
- Carefully remove the mugs from the steamer. Drizzle with chili crisp oil for a spicy finish, and garnish with sliced green onions. Serve hot.
