Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grab a mini-muffin tin and spray it with nonstick cooking spray. Also, line a baking sheet with parchment paper to ensure easy cleanup.
- Prepare the crescent dough by unrolling it on a clean surface. Press the seams together to form larger rectangles, then cut out 2-3 inch circles. Gently fit these circles into the prepared mini-muffin cups, and poke the bottoms with a fork.
- Cut out pairs of bunny ears from the dough scraps, each about 1-1.5 inches tall. Place these delightful ears on the lined baking sheet, ready for baking.
- Bake the ears for 3-5 minutes, and the dough cups for 8-10 minutes, until they turn golden brown. Keep a close eye on them to prevent burning!
- Press down the centers of the baked cups gently once they’re out of the oven, creating little wells for the delicious filling.
- Mix together spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, finely diced onion, minced garlic, and salt until well combined. Set aside about 1 cup of this mixture for the bites.
- Fill each cup with the spinach-artichoke mixture, then insert a pair of adorable bunny ears into each filled cup. For an extra touch, sprinkle fresh herbs on top.
- Serve these delightful bites warm and enjoy the smiles they bring!
