  • 1 pound Lean Ground Beef Opt for 85-90% lean
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes Can substitute with crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt Full-fat recommended
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Finely grated
  • 1 cup Beef Broth Low-sodium preferred
For Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Optional

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the lean ground beef until cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in the diced tomatoes and let them cook with the beef for about 3-5 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and beef broth until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the yogurt-broth mixture into the skillet with the beef and tomatoes, stirring gently.
  5. Mix in the finely grated Parmesan cheese and simmer for 2-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. While the sauce simmers, cook the pasta until al dente, then drain and toss with the sauce.
