  • 1 tablespoon Mustard Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust according to taste.
For the BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar White wine vinegar can be substituted.
  • 1 cup Tomato Ketchup Can substitute with homemade tomato sauce.
  • 1/4 cup Molasses Select original molasses for best results.
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

How to Make Easy Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork
  1. Combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Massage this mixture all over the pork until evenly coated.
  2. Place the seasoned pork in your slow cooker and pour in your chosen liquid. Cover and cook on low for 10 hours, or until the meat is fork-tender.
  3. Optional: Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Transfer the cooked pork to a roasting pan and brown for 20-35 minutes for extra flavor.
  4. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it into bite-sized pieces with two forks. Drizzle the BBQ sauce over it and gently mix.
  5. Serve the pulled pork in sliders topped with crunchy coleslaw or alongside mac and cheese and cornbread.
