Preparation

  4. Transfer to ice bath: Move eggs to the ice bath for 2 minutes.
  5. Peel eggs: Peel each egg under running water for an easier process.
Sauce Preparation
  1. Melt butter: In a skillet, melt unsalted butter over low heat and add minced garlic.
  2. Incorporate spices: Stir in Old Bay seasoning, brown sugar, onion powder, lemon pepper, paprika, and red chili flakes.
  3. Add broth: Pour in broth, increase heat to medium-high, and let it gently boil for about 6 minutes.
