For the Base
  • 2 cups Full-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup Adjust to your preferred sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Optional.
For the Colors
  • a few drops Pink Gel Food Coloring Use sparingly.
  • a few drops Blue Gel Food Coloring
  • a few drops Purple Gel Food Coloring Mix pink and blue.
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Unicorn Sprinkles Choose your favorites.
  • Other Toppings Opt for chopped fruits.

Method
 

Making the Bark
  1. In a medium bowl, mix the full-fat plain Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Divide the yogurt mixture into three bowls. Add the pink gel food coloring to one, blue to another, and purple to the last. Stir gently.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon dollops of each color onto the sheet randomly.
  4. With a spatula, gently spread and swirl the colors together, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Generously sprinkle with unicorn sprinkles and any other toppings, pressing them lightly into the yogurt mixture.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours or until completely frozen.
  7. Once frozen, break the bark into pieces and serve immediately.
