Instructions
  1. Peel your ripe bananas and slice each one in half lengthwise.
  2. Grab a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.
  3. Take your favorite peanut butter and evenly spread it over the top of each banana slice.
  4. Add a sprinkle of chopped peanuts and a pinch of sea salt to each slice.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  6. Using a spoon, drizzle the melted chocolate over the banana slices generously.
  7. Carefully place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it chill for at least 1 hour or until the chocolate has completely hardened.
