- In a mixing bowl, blend together your plain Greek yogurt, natural peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the bites from sticking.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop out small portions of the yogurt-peanut butter blend and drop them onto your lined tray. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top or drizzle melted dark chocolate if desired.
- Place your tray in the freezer and let the bites freeze for about 2 to 3 hours until they’re solid.
- Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container or zip-top bag, separating layers with parchment paper.
