How to Make Frozen Yogurt Bark with Berries
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla until creamy.
- Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet in a rectangular shape about 1/4 inch thick.
- Scatter sliced strawberries and blueberries over the yogurt base, then sprinkle with coconut flakes.
- Freeze for about 3 hours until firm.
- Remove from freezer and cut or break into pieces. Enjoy or store leftovers.
- Keep leftovers in a sealed freezer bag for up to 3 months.
