How to Make Frozen Yogurt Bark with Berries
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla until creamy.
  3. Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet in a rectangular shape about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Scatter sliced strawberries and blueberries over the yogurt base, then sprinkle with coconut flakes.
  5. Freeze for about 3 hours until firm.
  6. Remove from freezer and cut or break into pieces. Enjoy or store leftovers.
  7. Keep leftovers in a sealed freezer bag for up to 3 months.
